Philosophy of Care
I endeavor to provide a holistic, thoughtful, and dedicated level of care to women with or at risk for gynecologic cancers and their families. As a gynecologic oncologist, I am fortunate to be in the unique position of being able to provide comprehensive, personalized care. Whether a condition calls for surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation treatment, I aim to be the primary care provider for a woman’s oncologic concerns. Having completed training in advanced surgical techniques (including robotic surgery), radical abdominal procedures, and cutting-edge research, my goal is to treat my patients with the most current, effective, and state-of-the-art treatment options available.
Personal Interests
My wife Jennifer and I enjoy living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with our three children. We are active and love the outdoors – hiking throughout the Northwest, spending time on Lake Washington whenever we can, and snowboarding here and in Colorado with Jennifer’s family. I also enjoy playing and watching most sports, including basketball and tennis, and can regularly be found in basketball league or pick-up games.
